October is gone..... November has arrived, and so have the mountains of leaves in our yards that now need to be raked up. Just think of it as - not only good exercise, but a chance to get outside in nature - sunshine - fresh air - movement - a chance to say "Hi" to neighbors.... a great way to stay grounded and connected during the Fall Season. It helps keep the "Seasonal Blues" away as our sunlight decreases and we feel more tired and without focus....so, on the warmest days - find your way outside to the garden... dig, clear out and rake up.... It's good for the physical body, as well as the mental and emotional! Happy November!
