Spring has arrived.....
We welcome spring as a time to reinvigorate our minds, bodies & soul… we enjoy working in the garden more, we get outside more, the days increase in length now until the Summer Solstice in June….we sweep away the cobwebs from our homes and our minds and we set new goals and new intentions as we enjoy more sunshine.
Join me in the classes this week at the Caldwell YMCA to focus on all things that will invigorate our lives.... balance, coordination, breath, cleansing and detoxifying - everything that brings in the "Spring Elements" for increased energy and enthusiasm for this new season in our lives.
I've spent this first weekend moving furniture around, re-decorating with sheer white curtains and light and fresh decor' , re-potting some plants, washing curtains and outdoor areas.... all to create peace and balance, warmth and freshness in my living environment. So, here's to new goals and planting new seeds of intentions and enjoying the energy of springtime.
