May 2019

May 2019

The cooler, wet days of April gave over to hotter and dryer days of May. Finally I feel like warmer weather has arrived… sunnier and happier times are ahead. I lost several dear friends in April… and it seemed like a very sad time….(and as I mentioned in another social media post…I won't let go of those that have left my life... but we'll move forward - allowing their souls to take flight and find a new path… just as we must take new paths....

I see the skies beginning to clear…positivity is in the air. Everyone seems to feel lighter and happier as summer gets closer and closer. May flowers are blooming, and we are all outside digging in our gardens and planting new seeds. Our exercise moves from totally indoors to a lot of out-door activity. Enjoy these wonderful days of full-on Springtime. Take advantage of the outdoor special events and activities. Mother’s Day weekend is a great time to explore new places and events in your area…there are many things to do in Caldwell as well as wherever you are….I am sure.

We are headed over to Hells Canyon Winery in Sunny-Slope on Sunday, the 19th of May – to lead a 1 hour yoga class before a formal wine tasting with Hadley Robertson of Zhoo Zhoo Wines. It should be a fabulous morning. Make sure you RSVP to her, so we know how many are planning to show up. ***dress appropriately in case it’s a little cool in the morning!***

Email Hadley at info@zhoozhoo.com to rsvp. Yogis receive 15% off bottle purchases. $15 Wine Club, $18 general admission

I’m looking forward to seeing you in classes at the Caldwell YMCA (check out my schedule: https://www.deboates.com/weekly-class-schedule)

… or at the Winery on May 19th.

Continue to enjoy this lovely Spring in Southern Idaho.
