A weekend with my Grandson

I love being grandma to Lucas.... and even though we don't get to keep him overnight very often, it's always a fun weekend to put work aside and just 'play' with a 6 year old. So no reading, no studying, not a lot of cooking (we ate out once and ordered pizza once!)... just fun, painting rocks, riding bikes, raking leaves and jumping into them...staying up late and watching movies and eating decadent ice cream.... yum! Everyone needs time to work, time to rest, time to play, and time to just "be".... be a parent? a grandparent? an aunt or uncle or just a friend. Find time to enjoy your Fall this week. Namaste'
