Spring is just around the corner. I’m looking forward to warm weather and sunshine as the days lengthen and tiny flowering buds begin to appear in my garden. We enjoyed a wonderful month of heart opening asanas, it’s hard to not want to continue those wonderful poses as we move forward into March. We have six more weeks for our Tuesday/Thursday late afternoon yoga classes at the Lewis and Clark Elementary school (and even though Caldwell School’s official “Spring Break” is the last week of the month – we will continue to meet and practice yoga together) The special offering of $35. for these last 6 weeks, is available to anyone in the community who would like to meet with us (including that last week of the month during “Spring Break”). Check the schedule, see what’s happening, remember consistency is the key to maintaining strength and flexibility in our muscles and joints (I’ll talk more about this next week) and stay well!
My favorite blessing for March (and yes, I am Irish) is this little Irish Blessing:
“May the road rise to meet you, May the wind always be at your back
May the sun shine warm upon your face, And rains fall soft upon your fields;
And until we meet again, May God hold you in the hollow of His hand.
