Find Balance & Just Breathe
Deeper into the Fall season…..our last hikes with “good weather”…cooler weather…. Enjoying the change in the seasons…..the last few days of warm sunshine in the out of doors……leaves are falling…. We are putting gardens to bed for the winter….. raking up leaves…..even moving indoors for projects on these cool rainy days. Halloween is soon…. Thanksgiving and our Christmas holidays are ahead…. Planning, organizing…. Shopping… always seems that our Autumn season is a busy time…. There are football games and homecomings and local activities…. Visiting kids at college…. Involvement in our clubs and organizations…..Fall Bazaars…..so much to do….and it seems so little time to get everything done. Don’t forget to find time for yourself…take ‘respite care’ for your own mind and body……put the kids down for a nap, read a book, enjoy your favorite beverage, don’t miss your daily exercise routines…whether walking through the leaves…. Pushing babies in strollers…. Attending classes at the YMCA or studios…. Take time for meditation…. Balance your activities…. Balance your life….eat as healthy as we can….and then…….Just Breathe!
