Where has the time gone? Where did summer go? It's September already and we have one more Yoga and Wine Event on Saturday, the 14th of September .......out at Hells Canyon Winery/Zhoo Zhoo Wines @ 10am in the morning... wine tasting at 11:00am. You can find more information on this event on my Class Schedule Page of the Web site. We will be winding our summer practices down at the Caldwell YMCA as the Autumnal Equinox arrives on the 23rd.... and welcome in our Fall Season with Sun Salutations.......... more grounding and connecting practices to follow throughout the season. I am looking forward to cooler temperatures and traditional festive Fall activities....I know you are too! Start pulling those sweaters out of your closets and Fall decor out of the attic.
