Enjoy the sunshine

Enjoy the Springtime sunshine.... go outside and get your daily dose of Vitamine D. This is the season of planting, fertility, spring cleaning.... and all things growing. Take time to grow your yoga practice, attend your strength training classes.... or go on a jog or walk with your significant other and invest in your personal health by keeping up with exercise and healthy eating. This is also the time of year that a lot of our friends, give up their healthy intentions for the new year............ don't let your goals for 2015 begin to lag.... keep healthy food and exercise in the forefront of all you do and enjoy these warm days ahead!
