I'm off on vacation for 2 weeks!

Hot, sizzling July…. Where would you rather be? An oasis someplace? The beach? A cool spa? I’m headed out on a two week vacation with my daughter to the Southwest. Yep… probably hotter and drier than here in Idaho….(National Parks... camping, hicking....visiting Las Vegas, Death Valley, Southern California beaches.... eventually Yosemite, Reno and home again...... adventures await us. Keep cool, meditate in your happy place and I will see you all back at the Caldwell YMCA in a couple of weeks.
